In a recent interview with FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth, Vince Sanders, founder of CBD American Shaman, sounded the alarm about Senate Bill 3 (SB 3) — a bill that, if passed, would ban all consumable hemp-derived THC products, including Delta-8 and even compliant Delta-9.
This bill isn’t about public safety. It’s about shutting down an entire industry that’s been legally operating under state regulation since 2019. What SB 3 Would Do
