At American Shaman of Keller, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with an item, please review our return and refund policy below.
Please inspect the product immediately after purchasing. We require a receipt to complete your return.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be made in-store. We do not accept mailed returns.
- Certain items, such as [Delta, any smokeable items, Gift cards, and items marked as ‘All Sales Final’], are final sales and cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Delta products
- HHC products
- Muscaria
- Flowers
- Vapes/Vape items
- Pre-order Deposits
- Shipping/Delivery Fees,
- Items marked (GK) & ‘All Sales Final’ products
- Some health & personal care items
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method.
- If the original payment was made in cash, refunds over $100 may be issued as store credit.
- Split payment paid partially with cash will be returned in a store gift card.
- Subjected to a restocking fee.
- Credit card refunds may take a few business days to process. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Store credit refunds will be issued via a gift card and do not expire.
* There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges can be approved. Please inspect your product immediately after purchasing:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Manufacturing issues.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any purchases that exceed 3 days after purchase may not qualify.
Depending on the discrepancy, some returns may need a manager’s approval in certain situations.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account a few business days after processing the return.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is credited back to your account.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at LINK.
Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The customer must pay the difference if the new item is of greater value. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded according to our refund policy.
- The difference will be credited via a store gift card.
Shaman Guarantee
- We stand by CBD American Shaman products.
- Any American Shaman CBD-based products are eligible for a full refund.
- Excluding Delta products.
- It must be within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Opened and used products are subject for gift card refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.
- Please refer to the terms above for eligibility.
Vape Products – Return Policy
Due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns, vape products and vape accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
However, we understand that manufacturer defects can occur. If you believe your vape product is defective, please follow these steps:
- Inspect your product immediately upon purchase or receipt.
- Report any issues within 2 days of purchase.
- The item must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- Receipt
- All included components/accessories
- Contents (juice) must be nearly full — used or heavily depleted vapes will not be accepted.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Signs of use, damage due to user error, or improper storage will void eligibility.
🔒 For your safety and ours, used vape products cannot be returned under any circumstance unless verified as defective and nearly unused.
Sale items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased (gift receipt), you’ll receive a gift card credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received and meets our requirements. Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Exceptions & Special Cases
If a return does not meet the above criteria, store management reserves the right to approve or deny returns on a case-by-case basis.
